AlKawthar — jobs closed at the door

Setup

AlKawthar runs daily deliveries with a fleet of drivers. Jobs were booked over WhatsApp, handed out verbally each morning, and closed on paper — so until the evening reconciliation, nobody could say which jobs were done or paid.

Build — 5 weeks

A driver app and a dispatch board on one record: jobs assigned from the morning list, closed by the driver at the customer's door with payment marked, and a live board the office watches instead of making calls.

Result

The evening paper reconciliation stopped happening. Every job now closes at the customer's door, on the driver's phone.
