Software ThatRuns the Work

Vorbiax exists for businesses that outgrew the spreadsheet — where jobs are booked on WhatsApp, closed on paper, and quoted from last month's sheet. We build the software that runs that work instead.

Why we're small on purpose

Every Vorbiax project is run by the people who sold it. There is no handoff to a delivery team you've never met — the person on your first call is on your weekly demo, and their name is on the day-90 measurement.

We work in fixed scopes with fixed price bands because open-ended retainers reward slow work. Six weeks is long enough to ship a system that matters and short enough that nothing drifts.

And we measure. Before we build anything, we audit where your team's hours actually go. At day 90 we run the same audit again and put the delta in writing.

“I started Vorbiax after watching a delivery business close every job twice — once at the door, and again on paper at night. The software that fixes that isn't complicated. It just has to run the way the work actually runs.”

How We Talk

A house rule from day one — plain claims you can check, never buzzwords.

We say

  • — One record per job, reorders from the lockscreen, quotes in hours
  • — Named builds: AlKawthar, the gym CRM — and what stopped happening
  • — Fixed price, agreed before we start, held

We avoid

  • — “Digital transformation”, “end-to-end synergy”, “AI-powered future”
  • — Borrowed statistics and unsourced multipliers
  • — Numbers without a date and a place they were measured
